Residential Treatment

The Importance of Residential Drug Treatment

At Hammocks on the Edisto, we give you the opportunity to focus on your recovery and understand the underlying challenges that have led to you here. You can also work with other women who have also battled addiction to help create a network of support that they can rely on outside of treatment.

We have designed our all women’s treatment center to cater to the needs of our residents. With a comfortable, home-like environment and warm and welcoming atmosphere, the women we treat often are able to focus solely on recovery. In addition, we combine a range of holistic and evidence-based treatment options, which provide the patients we treat with skills that they can rely on after they leave our program.

Let us help create a plan for recovery for you that is as unique as you are!

“Hammock on the Edisto was an ideal place for me to restore and recover. The small, female-only program made it very comfortable to be open and honest. The staff was all very attentive and kind. Both counselors were very knowledgeable and great listeners. Jonas is a fountain of knowledge and incredibly helpful. The grounds are beautiful with stunning sunrises over the Edisto was a great way to start the day. I’m very appreciative of my time spent here at Hammocks.”

I was so blessed + grateful to come to Hammocks on the Edisto. The staff is incredibly supportive, caring, and understanding! Director Jonas is a truly wonderful man! The amount of passion he puts into this facility and the women in treatment is truly amazing! They don’t just care about the money here! They care about helping women recover from the disease of addiction. That’s exactly what the staff has done for me! The countless nurses and RA’s are just as wonderful. Thank y’all for giving “me” back to myself + most of all my family! I will miss everyone so very much!! I’ll never forget what y’all have done for me! Special thanks to Carrie and Katie, you both enlightened me to yoga- a new passion of mine, which I will continue!”
